La Villa-des-Prés opens its doors in spring 2023 in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés

Bruno Borrione and Amélie du Chalard, from Amélie Maison d'Arts, created the artistic universe of the hotel.

It is in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, at 29 rue de Buci, that Villa-des-Prés, a private mansion with character, chic and discreet, will open its doors in the spring of 2023.

The magnificent Haussmann-style facade, completely renovated, sets the tone: freestone, balconies on several floors and moldings.

Villa-des-Prés will consist of 34 keys, a bar with its green patio, a spa with swimming pool, a fitness room, a sauna and a treatment room.

The opportunity to rediscover the Left Bank, between the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens, a district that is both fascinating and steeped in history, where art galleries and bookstores rub shoulders with arthouse cinemas, but also cafes like the big Parisian fashion brands.

Villa-des-Prés is a successful architectural project, the result of the meticulous work of craftsmen, an ambitious achievement where art in all its forms is an essential value.

The 34 rooms and suites, like the common areas, are a fine blend of custom-made furniture and works of art - it was Amélie du Chalard, of Amélie Maison d'Art, who brought together nearly fifty of realization, in partnership with 5 artists, to dress the walls of the hotel.

Villa-des-Prés approached Bruno Borrione, French interior designer, for the interior layout, the artistic direction and the creation of tailor-made furniture. He surrounded himself with French craftsmen, especially for the lights, the stained glass windows, the furniture, the fabrics and the wallpapers."
