Without the flair and bravery of Ambroise Vollard, an art dealer who lived in Paris between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, perhaps today we would not know Cézanne, Picasso, Gauguin, van Gogh or Chagall. It is therefore from him that the young gallery owner Amélie du Chalard drew inspiration for the creation of Ambroise, a series of “collector’s homes for rent” recently inaugurated in the famous Parisian districts of the Marais and Saint-Germain, which will be followed in the coming years by openings on a national and international scale."
